She was operated twice after diagnosing her of Brain Tumor. The combination of surgery, radiation and chemotherapy detracted smiles on her face for nearly two months. Now being in the post surgery stage with “new life” she is still facing problems to get along.

Baby Kaveri (6 years) D/o Raghottam Reddy- The baby is suffering from Brain Tumor and needs financial support for her post surgery treatment. Mr. Raghottam Reddy is the sole bread winner of the family and is in turn dependent on just small piece of dry land. The agriculture income is not sufficient to support the huge Medical, clinical and surgical bills and the poor father of this baby has been totally exhausted by the medical and other expenses and now looking for further help.
Doctors opine that she has to undergo Chemotherapy (radiation), not once but in turns atleast 6 times. The expenditure for this will come up to Rs. 5000/- per turn and that translates to Rs.30, 000/-. He requests you to contribute something through Teluguone.com to conclude her course of treatment.

Here is the brief case history of child.
•

Last week of December 2005: The baby showed signs like Stammering, and her looks seemed to be crossed and confused as her left limbs were also not functioned partially.
•

January 4th 2006: The parents were worried and took her to Dr. Surender, Hanumakonda who referred the case to Rainbow Children’s Hospital, Hyderabad.
•

January 6th 2006: After MRI test Dr Srikanth confirms water in the Brain and needs surgery, which is very costly for a family like ours.
•

January 10th 2006: Admitted to Seha Hospitals, Lakadikapool.
•

January 11th 2006: Dr SSR Murthy has kindly accepted to operate on the child at Apollo Hospitals, Jubilee hills to remove water. Surgery costs were subsidized.

January 12th 2006: Re-admitted to Seha Hospitals for post-surgery observation.
The doctors have opined to operate on the child for a second time after diagnosing her of Brain tumor which is also a costly affair, considering the week financial background of the family, which is solely dependent on agriculture.

January 30th 2006: Second operation for removing the water from brain by Dr.SSR Murthy at Apollo Hospitals.
• January 31st 2006: Readmitted to Seha Hospital for post-surgery observation.

Dear friends,
